Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please Contact Us with images of the product within 7 days, and we will send out a replacement package ASAP.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds 30 business days, you can Contact Us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, if you aren't 100% satisfied with the product, just ship it back to our warehouse and we will refund 100% of the cost. Our guarantee also covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office - we advise to give the post office a call and arrange for pickup or delivery.
